	B2Win B2Win is the ultimate utility for downloading Baan reports directly into MS-Excel, MS-Word, PDF, XML, HTML and Notepad. B2Win formats the reports for the user to perform additional calculations or editing. B2Win is fully installed on the Baan Server, and there is no need to install it on every single client in the company. B2Win includes a smart "report converter" to convert Baan report with a standard looking layout to a table-like format (mostly for Excel). In addition to its automatic converter, B2Win includes a friendly grapical wizard that enables configuring "complicated" Baan reports - and saving the configuration for future transfers.

	Baan Hot Link This product allows users to access files on the network from within Baan Maintain Sessions. For example, while maintaining an item in Maintain Item Data the user can access its AutoCAD drawing, MS-Word Specifications, MS-Excel Costing Data and JPG photo, all in a click of a mouse. This easy to configure product makes it simple to link any Baan entity with related files on the network. The product can be activated from any Baan Session, without touching the source code.
